This is an award that recognises that some of the most innovative and creative marketing can be done on a shoestring. We will look for evidence of clear objectives, what challenges were faced and overcome and the resulting delivery of business outcomes. If you are entering the Marketing Week Awards as an Agency, you have the opportunity to put yourself forward to be considered for Agency of the Year.

In partnership with the Advertising Association, we want to spotlight and celebrate those leading the way in opening the industry to new talent.

We are looking for examples of initiatives that have helped bring talent into the industry that might not have entered otherwise, with supporting evidence that this has led to further career opportunities. This might include, but is not limited to, apprenticeships schemes, school outreach programmes, partnership initiatives and social enterprise schemes.

It is open to any business operating in the UK’s advertising, media, marketing services and marketing industry, from marketing departments in brands to commercial media owners, through to agencies of all kinds and the tech companies that provide support services to the industry. The winner will be unveiled at the Marketing Week Awards in November.
